![]() The premise of my query was an attempt to establish and portray the dismal service that the sanctioning organization provides us, the very people who pay fees which might conceivably be used for the maintenance and updating of documentation that regulates our game. Is anybody able to post a link to the current NRA Silhouette Handbook? Perhaps it does exist on the NRA website, somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it. I really don't want to hear about what is published in either iteration of the Handgun Metallic Silhouette rules I am specifically asking about the official NRA rules.Įven when I peruse the NRA Pistol Silhouette Rules, the same text is used, as above. How is an aspirant club which wishes to facilitate the Rifle Silhouette match/es supposed to cut/fabricate targets of the correct dimensions if the handbook is unavailable? This publication seems to be "unobtainium". There are several other references in that rule book to the 'NRA Silhouette Handbook'. The 'Rifle Silhouette Rules' dated Jan 2023 refer in part 4 to the "Targets for NRA sanctioned Silhouette competition shall be of the size and shape established by the scale drawings in the NRA Silhouette Handbook". I am searching for the dimensions/scaled drawings of NRA approved metallic silhouette targets.
